Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Eleon Acquisitions LLC ("Eleon", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Eleon provides B2B lead generation and appointment-setting services, including LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, Instagram outreach, lead sourcing, personalized messaging, follow-up systems, and appointment booking. The exact scope of services for any client engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their offer, ideal customer profile, and sales process; for showing up to booked appointments; and for executing their own sales conversations. Eleon does not provide sales closing or fulfillment services.

3. No Guarantees of Results

Eleon does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or business outcomes. Appointment volume and business results depend on factors including offer quality, market demand, targeting, sales process, and follow-up — many of which are outside Eleon's control.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in each client agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Compliance

Clients agree that all messaging, lists, and offers used in campaigns must comply with applicable laws and platform terms, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, and the terms of service of LinkedIn, Instagram, and any email providers used.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary processes, templates, and infrastructure developed by Eleon remain the property of Eleon. Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets and customer data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleon's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the fees paid by the client to Eleon in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable client agreement. Fees for services already performed remain due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
