Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Eleon Acquisitions LLC ("Eleon", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Nature of Our Services

Eleon provides custom B2B lead generation and appointment-setting services. Each engagement involves significant upfront setup work, including infrastructure provisioning, lead sourcing, copywriting, and campaign configuration. As a result, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

• You request cancellation in writing before any setup work has been performed; or
• Eleon is unable to deliver the contracted services due to reasons within Eleon's control.

Refunds, when granted, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed setup and onboarding work.
• Lead lists, infrastructure, and assets already delivered.
• Time spent managing live campaigns.
• Third-party costs (domains, software, sending infrastructure, etc.).

4. No Guarantee of Results

Eleon does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or business outcomes. A lack of specific results is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. Appointment volume and business results depend on offer quality, market demand, targeting, sales process, and follow-up.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to businessdiyor@gmail.com and include your name, company, engagement details, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may result in suspension of services.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
